Booking + Cancellation Policy

Please note, any appointments cancelled by clients the day before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the missed service, to be paid on your next visit to the shop.

Any appointments cancelled on the same day as your appointment, or failure to attend without prior warning (no show) will require client to cover 100% of the missed service cost on their next visit to the shop.
